Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach, taking ownership and accountability for deliverables, both individually and within a team setting.

• Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to define and develop software solutions.

• Partner with internal business stakeholders to analyze requirements and create elegant, robust, and reliable solutions that address complex technical challenges.

• Enhance the technical knowledge of the team by actively learning and sharing the latest technologies and techniques with colleagues.

• Formulate architectural and automation strategies while serving as a technical leader for the systems team.

• Provide regular updates on the progress of critical projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in developing front-end applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and satisfaction.

• Extensive experience with React.js (or similar front-end frameworks) and a deep understanding of fundamental web concepts (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).

• A strong willingness to collaborate closely with users, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality software that addresses unique challenges.

• Practical experience in working with both REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Experience in a large-scale production environment, developing and troubleshooting applications across multiple functional teams.

• Proven enthusiasm for learning new systems and methodologies, combined with advanced troubleshooting abilities and excellent quality control practices.

• Eager to serve as a technical mentor for junior team members.

• Must exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to make well-informed, timely decisions.

• Familiarity with the development and utilization of CI/CD pipelines, as well as creating and leveraging automated unit/acceptance tests.

• Proficient in using container orchestration systems (like Docker or Kubernetes) and version control systems (such as Git).

• Strong emphasis on security when developing or reviewing code and systems.

• A passion for documentation and a commitment to continually enhancing knowledge transfer among teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude that thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
