Senior Software Engineer, Frontend – Technical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create responsive and scalable web applications utilizing a modern frontend framework (React is preferred).

• Produce clean, maintainable code with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Develop reusable and modular UI components adhering to a component-based architecture.

• Implement effective state management and efficient data-fetching methodologies.

• Connect frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Enhance application performance, rendering efficiency, and loading times.

• Construct frontend components intended for platform environments and embedded scenarios.

• Design UI modules that function within other applications (e.g., iframe embeds, SDK integrations, extensions).

• Manage secure authentication processes (OAuth, token-based authentication).

• Oversee cross-origin communication and contextual data sharing between systems.

• Ensure secure, lightweight, and reliable integration experiences.

• Convert product and workflow requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

• Design UI experiences that are data-intensive and search-driven.

• Present AI-generated insights in a clear and understandable format.

• Prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency across the platform.

• Actively engage in code reviews and share ownership of the codebase.

• Write unit and component-level tests.

• Adhere to CI/CD practices and contemporary frontend development workflows.

• Collaborate with backend engineers and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive features.

• Contribute positively to the team dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience in production settings.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in creating component-based, scalable web applications.

• Proficiency in integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.

• Solid understanding of state management patterns, API data handling, and authentication and authorization processes.

• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and package managers.

• Experience working in Agile environments, including code reviews and CI/CD.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Experience in developing platform UI or internal tools.

• Familiarity with embedded interfaces or frontend integrations within larger ecosystems.

• Exposure to AI-driven, data-intensive, or search-oriented applications.

• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and principles of responsive design.
