Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create responsive, high-performing, and well-tested web applications utilizing React with hooks, TypeScript, and other contemporary frontend technologies such as Vite and Chakra UI.

• Spearhead the implementation of crucial frontend engineering projects, ensuring that the user interface and user experience of the application uphold exceptional quality and usability standards.

• Cultivate a culture of technical excellence within the team, emphasizing ongoing enhancement of frontend development methodologies.

• Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Develop technical proposals and documentation to ensure team alignment on frontend architecture and design decisions.

• Diagnose and resolve frontend issues swiftly, minimizing downtime and guaranteeing a seamless user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in frontend development.

• Expertise in React with hooks, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies such as Vite, Chakra UI, Axios, and Playwright for testing purposes.

• Proven experience in creating responsive, well-tested, and high-performance web applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of frontend tooling and package management utilizing Vite and Yarn.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes using GitHub Actions, as well as hosting applications on AWS.

• Strong ability to identify business needs and articulate clear strategies for implementing frontend solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex frontend concepts to non-technical audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.

• Proficiency in frontend system architecture, with the capability to design scalable and maintainable web applications.

• Understanding of best practices in API design and development, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange between the frontend and backend.

• Familiarity with common design patterns and best practices in frontend development.
