Senior Software Engineer – Engineering Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives in Agentic AI Automation that encompass both internal and external tools/vendors.

• Collaborate with a dynamic and agile engineering team to ensure the continuous delivery of new features and tools with optimal quality and automation coverage.

• Enhance CI/CD infrastructure, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD, as well as performance testing.

• Work closely with essential partners, such as product management, data science, and design teams.

• Team up with fellow Automation Engineers to consistently advance the Automation Testing frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development and automation.

• Knowledge of Agentic Tools and Technologies (such as Claude, Codex, Augment, etc.).

• Extensive experience with Quality/Automation frameworks including Selenium, Behave, Playwright, or equivalent.

• A strong commitment to delivering products of the highest quality.

• Highly proactive and self-motivated; as a startup, every team member is involved in design, product, front-end, back-end, and quality aspects.
