Senior Software Engineer – Dialer Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential product features, guiding them from the initial concept and discovery phases through implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.

• Create and develop scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) that facilitate real-time, high-volume workflows, such as managing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for sophisticated speech recognition.

• Work collaboratively across various functions with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to craft and deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences. Your contributions will significantly impact the roadmap, as we value engineering, product, and design equally.

• Serve as a model of engineering excellence. Mentor and support colleagues by sharing insights, providing constructive feedback, and nurturing a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

• Promote technical excellence by helping to define and maintain coding standards that ensure our codebase remains clean, maintainable, and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in owning features or products throughout the entire lifecycle—from discovery to release and iterative improvements.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in building applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with RDBMS and proficiency in SQL.

• Strong appreciation for simple, maintainable, and well-tested code.
