Senior Software Engineer, Content Asset Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

• Assist in the design and creation of software for Content Asset Management.

• Develop code using our modern technology stack: C# + .NET Core for back-end and React.js + Typescript for front-end.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers on the technical design of new features, lead project refinement efforts, and facilitate delivery.

• Conduct code reviews, develop and execute automated tests, produce documentation, advocate for technical standards, and perform any other necessary tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and robust code.

• Operate in an environment that embraces agile and iterative software development methodologies.

• Enhance the team's performance and growth through mentorship and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in developing commercial software.

• Proficiency in creating object-oriented back-end software, working within service-oriented architectures, and developing web-based user interfaces.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Fluency in English is required.

• A strong collaborative attitude towards teammates and stakeholders.

• A genuine passion for software engineering and a desire to learn continuously.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant technical area.

• Nice to have: Completed college-level courses in foundational computer science topics such as data structures, algorithms, computer languages, and operating systems.

• Experience in developing back-end microservices and database programming (both SQL and NoSQL).

• Proficiency in back-end software development using C# + .NET Core.

• Experience with front-end software development using React and Typescript.

• Experience in developing software hosted in the cloud, with AWS experience being a plus.
