Senior Software Engineer – Coaching, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of key product features, overseeing everything from initial concept and discovery to implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

• Develop and design scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) that facilitate real-time, high-volume workflows, such as routing calls using our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition.

• Work collaboratively with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to craft and deliver intuitive, high-performing experiences. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the roadmap, as we place equal value on engineering, product, and design.

• Serve as a role model for engineering excellence by mentoring and assisting teammates, sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and nurturing a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

• Promote technical excellence by helping to establish and maintain coding standards that ensure our codebase remains clean, maintainable, and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in owning features or products throughout the entire lifecycle—from discovery to release and iteration.

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in building applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with an RDBMS and proficiency in SQL.

• Strong appreciation for simple, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
