This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the design, construction, and testing of intricate, high-profile technical initiatives for the Engineering team.
• Engage in the development of modern web applications that serve millions of users and integrate data from five sports across seven reference websites.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes by participating in projects that involve full-stack development, CI/CD workflows, and data ingestion pipelines.
• Take ownership of features and define their long-term sustainability while enhancing the health of related systems.
• Support the operations and support teams in diagnosing and resolving production-related issues.
• Write clear, testable code with an emphasis on maintainability and performance.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and tools that could benefit the organization.
• Over three years of experience in a software development role.
• Experience in managing direct reports OR possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated mentoring and coaching experience.
• High Emotional Intelligence.
• Experience in resolving interpersonal conflicts.
