Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• End-to-End Ownership: Utilize your multi-stack knowledge to guide significant features from initial discovery to deployment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to collaboratively design and launch features.

• Engineering Excellence: Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Lifting the Bar: Mentor and support fellow engineers through pair programming and code review processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront by learning and integrating new technologies.

• Agentic Orchestration: Develop and manage AI agent workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional programming experience.

• In-depth knowledge of various technologies.

• Proficient in Ruby, Javascript/TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.

• Capability to mentor and enhance the skills of developers across teams.

• Strong grasp of engineering best practices.

• Experience with remote pair programming.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.

• Practical experience in Cloud-native development and DevOps (AWS, Terraform, etc.).
