This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Contribute code, design, documentation, and technical expertise to address complex application challenges for clients in the Pharmacy and POS sectors.

• Accountable for executing functional and performance automated tests, as well as unit tests, while analyzing client requirements to enhance or modify systems accordingly.

• Drive the development of incremental features aimed at improving existing systems, enabling clients to process customer transactions and manage their businesses more efficiently and profitably.

• Collaborate with teams to offer technical expertise in creating new system features and products that align with the overarching systems architecture strategy.

• Acquire knowledge of the current functionality of computer systems and how they are utilized by clients.

• Leverage this understanding to pinpoint technical and functional gaps and identify areas for improvement to better meet client needs.

• Create, document, and revise system design procedures, testing protocols, and quality standards.

• Design and execute system enhancements, performing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to fulfill business requirements.

• Oversee and assess procedures and client issues to enhance current computer systems and the client experience, making recommendations based on analysis to boost customer efficiency and effectiveness.

• Evaluate system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations, while assessing existing systems to determine their effectiveness and implement upgrades as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field (or a foreign equivalent) and four (4) years of experience as a Software Developer or in a related role where this experience was acquired.

• Alternatively, six (6) years of experience as a Software Developer or in a related role will also be accepted.

• Proficiency in full-stack software development.

• Proven experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including knowledge of standard agile ceremonies and leading engineers throughout an Agile sprint.

• Demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and .NET technologies.

• Established ability with Design Patterns, along with experience mentoring and collaborating within a team environment.
