Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in development within an agile setting, utilizing TDD and adaptable pair programming techniques.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the application, contributing to well-rounded teams.

• Make critical technical decisions regarding application architecture and data model design.

• Ensure the application stacks are stable and perform efficiently.

• Continuously produce high-quality code that aligns with business objectives.

• Possess a strong understanding of data structures, TDD, and software engineering design principles and patterns.

• Lead a team in technical decision-making processes.

• Take part in an on-call rotation to ensure prompt resolution of crucial system issues, while also contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our system's reliability and availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment utilizing Ruby on Rails or other open-source languages (such as Python, Golang, JavaScript).

• Must be a resident of the U.S.
