Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality software applications that fulfill our business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

• Influence technical decisions and remain informed about advancements in relevant technologies.

• Collaborate with the wider R&D team to create new features and assist current customers.

• Grasp business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Analyze, design, and develop web applications while ensuring high code quality standards.

• Implement proactive measures to guarantee that products operate as intended.

• Manage work assignments from start to finish, enhancing capabilities and features to meet product demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• BE/BTech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field from an accredited institution, along with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.

• Proficiency in Spring and Hibernate.

• Experience with RabbitMQ integration using Spring AMQP Messaging systems, preferably with RabbitMQ.

• Familiarity with Linux environments.

• Proficient in modern source control tools (Git, GitHub).

• Knowledge of RDBMS databases, with in-depth expertise in MS-SQL Server and NoSQL databases like Cassandra.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Jenkins).

• Strong independent learning abilities and troubleshooting skills.

• Solid programming foundation in SQL queries, stored procedures, complex functions, triggers, and indexing.

• Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile/SAFE Software Development methodologies.

• Exposure to cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS.

• Responsible for conducting POCs as required.
