• Design and build high-volume, low-latency systems that operate 24/7 with no downtime, directly affecting real users and financial outcomes.

• Manage the entire lifecycle—from initial design to production—while ensuring transparent and effective communication across various teams.

• Take charge of large, complex systems, guaranteeing their resilience and reliability from prevention to swift recovery.

• Work closely with product and business teams as a product-focused engineer.

• Actively foster a culture of clear, frequent, and effective communication among teams.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on production quality.

• Make pragmatic architectural decisions, considering real-world trade-offs.

• Continuously enhance systems with a focus on observability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

• Support and mentor fellow engineers through technical guidance, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing.

• Strong software development experience with a robust engineering background.
