Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop creative solutions to address the business and technical requirements of the company

• Design, implement, and uphold high-quality software along with testing frameworks

• Diagnose system problems and oversee performance metrics

• Work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams to create compliant solutions

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to fellow engineers

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Ruby and Rails (or comparable technologies)

• Proficient in frontend technologies such as Bootstrap, CSS, and Javascript

• Experienced with database technologies like Postgres

• Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies, including Git, pull requests, and Agile practices

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
