This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Embrace Extreme Product Ownership: Lead the technical discovery, design, API contracts, and the swift exploration of innovative business ideas.
• Deliver Weekly Behavioral Probes: Partner with your Product Manager to create and launch weekly "sketchy V0s," fake-door landing pages, and concierge MVPs focused solely on the rapid validation of learning.
• Act as an Engineering Hacker: Favor speed over perfect architecture. Write sufficiently clean code to test a hypothesis, while remaining fully prepared to entirely scrap and rewrite your stack when a project is discontinued or redirected.
• Construct the Scrappy Engine: Quickly implement integrations, connect APIs, set up authentication, and activate usage tracking and product-led analytics as needed.
• Utilize Frontier Technology: Function as the team's technical authority, converting emerging technologies—such as LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, decentralized protocols, and automation tools—into practical software prototypes.
• Engage in Discovery: Go beyond merely coding. Participate in user interviews, analyze behavioral data alongside your PM, and apply first-principles thinking to determine whether to Persevere, Pivot, or Kill a concept at the conclusion of each week.
• Full-Stack Prototyping Expertise: You can independently create frontend interfaces, decommission databases, and configure API integrations. You are a generalist who prioritizes functional software over specialization.
• Mastery of Agentic AI: You leverage modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) daily to develop software with the speed of a startup.
• 0-to-1 Development Experience: A demonstrated history of building applications, side projects, or early-stage software features from the ground up.
• Data Integration Proficiency: Experience in working with diverse datasets, crafting quick data transformation scripts, and establishing clear analytics events to monitor user interactions with prototypes.
• Workflow Encoding Acumen: The capacity to take complex, real-world processes (such as legal, compliance, or HR workflows) and swiftly convert them into streamlined digital logic.
• Strong Sense of Ownership and Agility: You naturally take initiative, require no oversight to deploy software, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and changing requirements.
