Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive full-stack features utilizing React/TypeScript for front-end and Go for back-end services.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, CX Operations, and fellow engineering teams.

• Take ownership of APIs, service integrations, and user interface flows.

• Enhance customer experience outcomes through experimentation, measurement, and iterative development.

• Spearhead the incorporation of AI/ML and vendor capabilities into both customer and agent interactions.

• Improve production reliability by participating in on-call support duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience in building and managing production-level full-stack web applications.

• Proficient in React (or other contemporary front-end frameworks).

• Experience in TypeScript and backend API development using Go.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering customer-facing solutions.

• A solid track record with distributed systems and production best practices.

• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML or third-party platform functionalities into production systems.

• History of achieving measurable product results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Uses generative AI in a responsible manner.
