This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Design and implement intricate Salesforce solutions tailored for managed packages and multi-org deployment.

• Create systems that integrate Salesforce with external services (Java, Node.js, APIs, event-driven integrations).

• Facilitate technical design discussions and provide mentorship to engineers in Salesforce and backend sectors.

• Enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of both Salesforce and external services.

• Partner with Product, Platform, and Backend teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, LWC, APIs, security, limits, data modeling).

• Practical experience in developing managed packages or products utilized across various customer organizations.

• Proficient understanding of backend service development, RESTful and asynchronous APIs, and integration methodologies.

• Acquainted with contemporary engineering practices: CI/CD, observability, testing strategies, and system architecture.

• Enthusiastic about utilizing solid engineering principles in both Salesforce and external service environments.
