Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Developing and configuring applications within the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform ecosystem

• Documenting and refining intricate programs/scripts

• Ensuring the team adheres to established project quality standards

• Utilizing agreed-upon standards and tools to achieve high-quality engineering results

• Conveying client requirements to development teams

• Assisting with troubleshooting and debugging applications

• Engaging in reviews of personal work and leading evaluations of colleagues' contributions

• Keeping projects on track to meet established deadlines

• Collaborating with technical teams to formulate and agree on system integration strategies and report on progress

• Defining complex or new integration builds

• Ensuring proper configuration of integration test environments

• Designing, executing, and reporting on the results of integration build tests

• Educating junior developers on best practices

• Engaging in various business activities, including client communications


⛳️ Requirements

• Certified as a PL-400 Power Platform Developer

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack

• Experience with Azure (anticipated as part of Power Platform responsibilities)

• Strong background in documentation and handover processes

• Management skills encompassing both personnel management and overall process control

• Capability to manage meetings—organizing, leading, documenting, and ensuring follow-up on action items

• Business acumen, with specific knowledge of the organization’s business area, key drivers, structures, and priorities

• Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively

• Skills to organize, prioritize, and oversee personal and team workloads
