• Inspire and provide innovative features that drive the growth of BoomPop and generate creative solutions for evolving business needs.
• Engage in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting critical systems.
• Deliver high-quality code and offer design review feedback to fellow engineers; establish, promote, and lead the implementation of standards and best practices for code and design reviews within the organization.
• Enhance performance and ensure system stability.
• Guarantee adherence to software design patterns and best practices throughout the development process.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in software development.
• Conduct Code Review and Mentorship: Assess code contributions from the team and provide constructive feedback to uphold code quality and maintain coding standards.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, APIs, and processes to ensure thorough understanding and knowledge transfer.
• Over 5 years of experience in delivering high-quality software and applications.
• Strong foundation in writing scalable code, following best practices for accessibility, performance optimization, and instrumentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
• Significant experience with relational and non-relational database design, implementation, and analytics.
• At least 3 years of experience with React.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with mid-tier technologies such as AWS Lambda and Node.
• Familiarity with test automation, including CI/CD, unit, integration, and functional testing.
• A passion for working in a startup environment! This entails adaptability to rapid changes.
• Experience with AI is considered a plus.
