Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical vision and direction for your domain, ensuring the team develops solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and in line with enterprise architectural guidelines.

• Analyze and resolve intricate technical bottlenecks, utilizing extensive knowledge of debugging tools to sustain the performance of our SaaS applications.

• Advocate for Agile ceremonies and workflows, guaranteeing iterative delivery, high velocity, and ongoing improvement within the sprint cycle.

• Perform thorough code reviews in compliance with coding standards to identify potential bugs and offer constructive feedback to elevate the team's standards.

• Promote AI-driven development to boost productivity, code analysis, and technical problem-solving within your team's processes.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude Code) daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving.

• Act as the technical lead, overseeing the development of the entire team — from junior to senior members — by proactively identifying skill gaps, implementing structured growth plans, and maintaining high standards. Success is measured by engineers who deploy with confidence, reduced production incidents, and a team that consistently raises its standards over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-Stack Proficiency: You possess extensive expertise in .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node, with a comprehensive understanding of React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture.

• Proficiency in writing automated tests (e.g., using Selenium or Playwright).

• Expertise in event-driven development and microservices.

• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous operations (async/await) to develop high-performing, scalable systems.

• You don’t just write code; you take ownership of quality outcomes. You understand the test pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E) and have a track record of integrating stability into the SDLC from day one.

• You are inquisitive about the cutting edge of engineering, including the responsible incorporation of AI tools to enhance efficiency and tackle complex issues.

• Accountability: You exemplify excellence and take full responsibility for what your team produces. You are willing to evolve code review processes and automation to keep pace with team growth.

• You strike a balance between speed and long-term stability, actively managing technical debt and ensuring systems are built to endure.

• You function as a true peer to Product Management, providing clarity on what is "risky" or "costly," highlighting constraints early, and suggesting emerging technologies to address challenging problems.
