• Design and implement production-ready AI solutions from inception to rollout.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to produce high-quality software.

• Guide engineers and enhance the team's AI expertise.

• Contribute to the advancement of AI standards, methodologies, and engineering practices.

• Build scalable and maintainable solutions in a diverse technology environment.

• Foster strong collaboration and open communication across teams.

• Shape the technical trajectory and AI culture of the organization.

• Over 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related fields.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.

• Proven history of building and deploying production AI/ML systems.

• Experience throughout the entire ML lifecycle, including data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Practical experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and contemporary AI methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Python or another principal AI/ML programming language.

• Capability to work efficiently in diverse programming environments.

• Experience in developing products from concept to launch with significant independence.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Proficient in English communication at an advanced level.
