Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI, Nvidia Blueprints, NIM Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement NVIDIA NIM connectors and Blueprint integrations into upstream agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK)

• Construct and maintain agentic workflows — incorporating tool usage, memory management, planning, and multi-agent coordination patterns — driven by NVIDIA inference services

• Create test harnesses and evaluation pipelines to verify agent behavior, tool-call accuracy, and overall workflow quality

• Promote NVIDIA agentic AI capabilities through demonstrations, documentation, and contributions to upstream communities

• Collaborate with NVIDIA NIM and release teams to ensure Day-0 agentic support for new models and inference APIs

• Proactively explore emerging agentic frameworks and lead integrations that enhance the NVIDIA agentic ecosystem

• Mentor junior engineers and review submissions from both internal and external contributors

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Over 8 years of experience in software design, development, and testing

• Practical experience with LLM-based agent frameworks and patterns (tool usage, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, structured outputs)

• Knowledge of inference APIs and serving frameworks (OpenAI-compatible APIs, NIM, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM)

• Experience in open-source development — contributing to and maintaining upstream projects

• Strong understanding of AI application developer workflows and the contemporary agentic AI stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Results-oriented with robust analytical and debugging abilities

• Ability to rapidly adapt in a dynamic, research-focused environment
