• The Senior Full-Stack Developer is tasked with the design and construction of modern, scalable web applications and solutions that align with documented corporate business requirements.
• This role aims to produce high-quality, maintainable, and secure applications that adhere to established enterprise architecture and standards.
• Evaluates business requirements and functional specifications to craft technical specifications.
• Utilizes technical expertise to propose implementation strategies that satisfy both business and technical criteria.
• Independently creates applications and components throughout the entire stack, including frontend (React.js / Next.js / TypeScript) and backend (Python) services.
• Makes use of AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and development efficiency while complying with set standards.
• Designs or alters application logic and components to address complex issues with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Records application configurations and implementations to support operational and policy compliance.
• Evaluates platforms, tools, and frameworks to suggest suitable technologies in line with established enterprise architecture and integration standards.
• Develops, tests, and implements features following best practices and the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• May act as a development lead for smaller projects and offer technical guidance or mentoring to junior team members.
• Generates work plans and estimates to support project deliverables.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience OR 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in developing full-stack applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js and/or Next.js, TypeScript).
• Proficient in designing and utilizing APIs and MCPs.
• Experience with containerized applications, specifically using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with GIT repositories, such as GitHub.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
