Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Act as a key .NET developer, working in close collaboration with fellow team members.

• Engage in discussions regarding requirements, attend team meetings, participate in technical sessions, and conduct code reviews.

• Convert functional and technical specifications into well-architected, scalable solutions.

• Create, integrate, and maintain code following established coding standards and architectural guidelines.

• Ensure that applications operate seamlessly from end to end and meet quality standards.

• Execute unit testing to confirm that software is thoroughly evaluated and free of defects.

• Undertake research, develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), and provide demonstrations or presentations as required.

• Show a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, exemplifying inclusive behaviors, and actively addressing bias.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience with C# .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Entity Framework, Domain-Driven Design, and unit testing.

• Strong comprehension of relational databases, especially SQL Server.

• Proficient in using Git and Azure DevOps.

• Capable of interpreting functional requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies as project demands change.

• Preferred: experience with VB .NET, Java, Angular.

• Degree or higher; BE/MSc preferred. Any relevant professional certifications.
