Senior Software Developer – Asset Remote Steering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend software systems

• Assisting in the transition of existing orchestration systems from Scala to C#

• Creating scalable and robust services

• Collaborating effectively with quantitative analysts, SCADA operators, and traders

• Participating in architectural decisions, software quality benchmarks, and observability practices

• Extensive experience in backend software development

• Proficient programming skills in at least one modern programming language

• Strong understanding of backend architectural principles

• Experience with cloud technologies

• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of Scala or C# would be a plus
