Senior Software Analyst/Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, analyze, and develop systems.

• Gather requirements and establish business rules.

• Map processes and model data effectively.

• Implement quality standards for routines and processes while evaluating the impact of changes.

• Ensure the integrity of systems.

• Plan projects, operations, and releases comprehensively.

• Document routines, processes, manuals, and operational procedures, including follow-up and validation.

• Monitor and seek improvements for systems under development.

• Conduct necessary maintenance tasks.

• Analyze IT service provider organizations to enhance their capacity to deliver products and services.

• Collaborate on support, application performance, software engineering quality, and systems testing.

• Produce documentation that analyzes system functionalities and assign projects to programmers for implementation.

• Mentor junior developers to ensure quality and progress on projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Full-Stack analyst and programmer.

• Proficiency in Delphi, Microsoft .NET C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Materialize, Angular, React, React Native, Flutter, Bootstrap, and Flask.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, UML, and design patterns.

• Degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

• Self-motivated with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• Adaptable and eager to work within Scrum teams.

• Strong communication skills, patience with users, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
