Senior Social Media Manager – French Fluent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create and publish content on a daily basis: You will edit shorts and reels from longer videos, write engaging hooks and captions, and post them directly on various platforms.

• Take full ownership of the channels: You will manage the content calendar, oversee posting schedules, respond to community interactions, and track performance metrics across all platforms.

• Explore effective strategies: You will actively experiment with different hooks, formats, and optimal posting times to discover what resonates best.

• Utilize AI tools: You will use Claude Code daily to streamline the repurposing process (transforming long-form content into shorts) and to create variations of captions and hooks.

• Analyze data insights: You will engage deeply with native platform analytics as well as GA4, focusing on high-impact metrics while eliminating vanity metrics.

• Contribute to growth initiatives: You will collaborate with Growth and Content teams to identify successful strategies and integrate them into new content formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within a dynamic brand or creator environment.

• You should be able to present evidence of your work: including reels, shorts, and growth statistics. A strong portfolio is more valuable than formal credentials.

• Familiarity with using Claude (or similar AI tools) on a weekly basis for editing, captioning, or automation rather than solely for idea generation.

• Being comfortable on camera or directing talent when necessary is an added advantage.
