This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Midi’s social strategy.
• Design and implement Midi’s social media strategy across various platforms, establishing content pillars, audience engagement tactics, and channel priorities.
• Create platform-specific strategies that maintain brand consistency while accommodating native social behaviors.
• Stay informed about platform updates, emerging formats, and cultural trends to consistently refine our approach.
• Spot opportunities to boost brand awareness, share of voice, and community engagement in women's midlife health.
• Develop content and creative systems that prioritize social media.
• Manage the social content calendar and oversee content creation from concept to publication.
• Create and improve workflows that ensure consistent, high-quality, platform-native execution.
• Collaborate with creative, design, video, and external partners to bring social concepts to fruition.
• Produce content that educates, entertains, inspires discussion, and encourages word-of-mouth promotion.
• Foster growth through analytics and experimentation.
• Evaluate channel performance, audience behavior, and cultural trends to enhance content strategy.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives across platforms, formats, and storytelling methods.
• Convert social insights into actionable suggestions for marketing and brand teams.
• Build community and shape discussions.
• Formulate content and engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with patients and potential customers.
• Monitor social dialogues and pinpoint opportunities to engage in and lead cultural moments related to women’s health.
• Collaborate with community, PR, and influencer teams to amplify significant moments and manage reactive opportunities.
• Use audience feedback to guide broader marketing and customer insights.
• Over 7 years of social media experience within a consumer brand, agency, or rapidly growing organization, demonstrating success in audience growth and engagement.
• Proven track record of building and scaling social presence across various platforms.
• A portfolio that highlights social-first creative thinking, platform-native storytelling, and quantifiable results.
• Strong comprehension of social strategy, content creation, community engagement, paid media, analytics, and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to balance overarching strategy with hands-on execution, including content creation, production, and publishing.
• Strong creative instincts paired with excellent writing and storytelling capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, emerging trends, algorithms, and online culture.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform creative choices.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt swiftly.
• Currently, Midi is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
