Senior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the prioritization, execution, and effectiveness of a robust social media portfolio.

• Act as the subject matter expert in social media performance by creating advanced paid/boosting strategies to enhance Unity's most significant narratives.

• Manage the comprehensive social strategy for Unity’s executive leadership (VP+ level).

• Collaborate effectively across various business units, working alongside peers and Directors to ensure that social initiatives align with cross-company projects.

• Identify and implement more efficient methods to achieve success, streamline our social workflows, and foresee potential obstacles before they affect delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 -10+ years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing, with a demonstrated history of managing intricate portfolios for global brands.

• A practitioner who adeptly transitions between hands-on execution and overarching strategies, ensuring both aspects are captured in the final deliverables.

• Extensive technical expertise in social platforms, especially regarding the relationship between organic content and paid growth strategies.

• A professional capable of producing high-quality work based on their own judgment, requiring minimal refinement on the most complex projects.

• A mentor-oriented mindset with the capability to recognize opportunities for enhancing team skills and workstream dynamics.
