• Strategize, produce, and disseminate social media content roughly three times weekly for each brand.
• Revise and transform existing content into captivating posts suitable for various platforms.
• Create graphics that are consistent with each brand's identity.
• Conduct hashtag research to enhance content visibility.
• Oversee comprehensive community engagement, which includes:
• Addressing comments from followers.
• Managing direct messages, particularly on Facebook.
• Responding to inquiries and comments on advertisements.
• Develop and edit video content using the materials provided.
• Ensure all content maintains authenticity, high-quality standards, and uniqueness.
• Work collaboratively with clients to ensure content reflects brand voice and strategic goals.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend enhancements to improve content performance.
• Uphold consistency across multiple brands while adjusting tone and style as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally at a Senior level.
• A robust portfolio that highlights content creation, graphic design, and social media campaigns.
• Proven experience collaborating with Australian or American brands.
• Strong skills in video editing, particularly for short-form content, reels, and promotional edits.
• Competence in design software (such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar applications).
• Exceptional copywriting abilities with an emphasis on authentic, human-centered messaging.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Experience in community management and customer engagement.
• Capacity to independently manage multiple brands and workflows.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
• Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts concurrently.
• Background in eCommerce, apparel printing, or the beauty sector.
• Familiarity with engaging with paid ads (comment moderation and response handling).
