Senior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop detailed content strategies tailored to various client objectives and target audiences, providing direct guidance on content creation, brand positioning, and distribution methods to optimize reach and return on investment.

• Generate innovative concepts for native social content, including eye-catching hooks and campaign strategies specific to each platform, ensuring they are both creatively unique and commercially viable.

• Participate in client discussions and confidently articulate social strategies, clearly conveying the data and psychological reasoning that inform creative decisions.

• Edit social media films, reels, and short-form video content to a high standard, ensuring that pacing and visual style align with social-first consumption habits.

• Assist the production team behind the scenes, helping with call sheets, shoot preparations, and balancing creative objectives with operational timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within an agency or video production setting.

• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and the workings of platform-specific algorithms.

• Demonstrated capability to independently edit high-performing short-form video content using software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, complemented by strong presentation abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• A proactive and reliable approach—confident in acting as the internal expert on social media while capable of working autonomously without ongoing supervision.

• Conversational or professional proficiency in French is highly advantageous.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with film directors, camera crews, or within a dedicated production house workflow.
