📋 Description

• Lead and manage the daily execution of social media initiatives for assigned global client accounts, overseeing content, paid campaigns, community engagement, and reporting.

• Take ownership of performance and outcomes across accounts, ensuring activities meet established objectives and show improvement over time.

• Convert and enhance campaign plans into successful execution, identifying areas for improvement in approach and performance.

• Contribute to the creation of social strategies and campaign methodologies by leveraging performance data, platform insights, and audience insights.

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, confidently leading discussions, presenting performance metrics, and offering strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with Brand and Client Services teams to align social media efforts with employer branding, hiring priorities, and campaign goals.

• Organize and manage content calendars, and collaborate with creative teams and clients to produce high-quality content, including assistance with content shoots.

• Develop and refine social-first content, including copywriting and reviewing video footage for short-form video platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reels), ensuring alignment with platform best practices and audience expectations.

• Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring budgets are utilized efficiently and performance goals are achieved.

• Analyze both organic and paid performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.

• Link performance to employer branding and hiring outcomes, using insights to guide future activities.

• Lead structured testing across content, formats, and targeting to promote continuous improvement.

• Adapt activities for diverse markets, acknowledging cultural nuances and platform behaviors across regions.

• Utilize competitor benchmarking, platform updates, and industry trends to enhance optimization and maintain relevance in activities.

• Stay updated on platform developments and social trends, applying insights to enhance delivery and share knowledge with internal teams.

• Manage community engagement and uphold employer brand reputation across social media and review platforms.

• Ensure all activities comply with platform policies, brand guidelines, and governance processes, managing escalation as necessary.

• Support employee advocacy initiatives and employer brand storytelling by identifying and developing content with employees and stakeholders.

• Maintain and enhance quality across content, campaigns, and reporting, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

• Manage workload across multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in improving delivery and capabilities.

• Contribute social media expertise and insights to proposals, pitches, and go-to-market activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience managing social media programs across brands, agencies, or complex organizations.

• Understanding of employer branding and the candidate journey, including how social media aids in attraction and engagement.

• Proven experience in delivering both organic and paid social campaigns across various platforms.

• Strong foundation in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel storytelling.

• Experience working across multiple markets with an awareness of cultural and platform differences.

• Confidence in analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience managing stakeholders and presenting confidently to clients.

• Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms, including algorithms, formats, and audience behavior.

• Strong understanding of paid social campaigns, including setup, targeting, optimization, and budget management.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, capable of creating high-performing social content.

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance and derive insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing clients and internal stakeholders.

• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

• Curious and proactive mindset, with a keen awareness of trends and platform changes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
