Senior Social Media & Influencer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the editorial calendar along with content strategies for social media platforms;

• Create and structure briefs, copy, and creative scripts that consistently reflect the client’s tone of voice and values;

• Prepare comprehensive, detailed, and inspiring briefs to guide the design team effectively;

• Actively observe platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) for trends and trending topics to suggest content and real-time action opportunities;

• Conduct technical, grammatical, and brand-appropriate reviews to ensure the quality of both personal deliverables and materials created by colleagues;

• Identify, select, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators that align with the brand's image;

• Supervise the entire influencer journey, from briefing and script approval to posting and collecting results;

• Collaborate continuously with operations to ensure an efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation;

• Exceptional writing skills and a strong grasp of grammar;

• Proven ability to translate strategies into visual and written briefs for creative teams;

• Experience in identifying, curating, contacting, and managing influencers on a daily basis;

• Frequent internet user, highly aware of major digital trends and pop culture;

• Strong communication skills for providing and receiving constructive feedback among peers;

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Nice to have:

• Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
