Senior Services Consultant – Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Assist prospects and clients throughout the implementation and service strategy journey.

• Suggest the most suitable implementation methods for sophisticated upmarket clients.

• Develop tailored implementation strategies and propose services or Solutions Partners.

• Identify resource requirements together with the customer or partner.

• Deliver implementation presentations to the customer's Executive team.

• Impact customer purchasing choices.

• Foster relationships with certified Solutions Partners.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Extensive implementation experience with intricate SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc.) for large and complex clients.

• Proven track record in facilitating organizational change for customers.

• Experience in leading value discussions with executive teams.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to instill a sense of certainty and urgency in clients.

• Strategic thinking for long-term planning.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• High technical aptitude with a solid grasp of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.
