Senior SEO, AIO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement SEO, AIO, and AEO strategies to enhance local organic visibility and attract qualified traffic.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and execute on-page optimization initiatives.

• Create and oversee the SEO roadmap, delivering regular updates on progress and performance metrics.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and evaluate content opportunities.

• Enhance website content and structure for better visibility on search engines and AI-driven search platforms.

• Manage and refresh website content using WordPress.

• Develop effective backlink strategies through guest posting, digital PR, and other authority-building efforts.

• Track website performance with SEO and analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Assess Google Ads campaigns and identify opportunities to enhance overall search performance as necessary.

• Keep abreast of changes in SEO, AI search, and industry best practices, proposing new tools and strategies when advantageous.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SEO, with a preference for candidates with agency experience.

• Strong technical SEO and on-page optimization skills.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

• Hands-on experience with AI Optimization (AIO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or current AI search practices.

• Experience in managing WordPress websites and implementing SEO enhancements.

• In-depth knowledge of backlink acquisition, guest posting, and digital PR strategies.

• Proficient with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.

• Understanding of Google Ads and the interplay between paid and organic search strategies.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and offering strategic recommendations.

• Previous experience assisting clients in AU/US/UK/CA or similar markets is highly regarded.

• Experience in the home services industry is a plus.
