SEO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive organic acquisition strategy, which includes technical SEO, content SEO, and programmatic/integration page SEO.

• Conduct keyword research and perform competitive gap analysis against industry leaders such as Supermetrics, Funnel.io, Fivetran, Improvado, Adverity, Stitch, Airbyte, and Hightouch.

• Enhance and expand our programmatic "connector" and "integration" page library (over 300 source/destination combinations) to improve search performance.

• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to brief, prioritize, and refine blog and landing page content aimed at organic intent.

• Lead efforts in technical SEO, focusing on site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.

• Develop and oversee a link-building and digital PR strategy.

• Establish and report on organic KPIs (including traffic, rankings, MQLs/SQLs from organic sources, and conversion rates) directly to the founder.

• Keep informed of changes in the search landscape, particularly those driven by AI (such as SGE and LLM citations/answer engines), relevant to a company poised for "data to ChatGPT/Claude."

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and pipeline for a B2B SaaS organization, preferably within the martech/data/analytics space.

• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and JavaScript rendering issues.

• Experience with programmatic SEO and scaled content (such as landing page templates and integration pages) is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in SQL and data tools, as this role is part of a technical, data-focused team.

• Familiarity with SEO tools (including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, etc.) is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• A self-starter who is comfortable managing a channel from start to finish within a small, dynamic, remote team.
