This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Overseeing and managing client security systems, which include Endpoint Protection/Anti-Virus, Email Security, Log Aggregation and SIEM Solutions, Network Security Systems, Identity Threat Protection, Dark Web Protection, Data Loss Prevention Solutions, and Vulnerability Scanners.
• Responding to and addressing security incidents such as Incident investigations, Malware Detections, and Zero-Day Vulnerabilities.
• Continuously monitoring and researching emerging security threats, providing in-depth analysis for security communications with clients.
• Collaborating closely with clients to identify their unique security requirements and offering recommendations for enhancing security posture and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Aiding clients in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of security solutions.
• Conducting security maturity and posture assessments within client environments.
• Analyzing vulnerability scans and reports to develop remediation strategies for clients.
• Partnering with clients to establish and implement security policies and procedures tailored to their specific security needs.
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and SOC standards.
• Providing clients with regular security reports and supporting security audits as necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in security analysis and management within an MSP environment.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in Cloud Security, specifically with Office365, Azure, and AWS.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Email Security Solutions.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Network Security devices and platforms.
• More than 5 years of direct experience in Vulnerability Management.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in Compliance, Incident Management, and Reporting.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Experience with vendor management and solution alignment.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and generating detailed reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate security breaches and identify sources of attacks.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare and financial services.
• Familiarity with SOC compliance standards and experience conducting SOC compliance assessments.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
