This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead and facilitate comprehensive compliance initiatives across various environments, encompassing readiness assessments, audits, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Oversee activities related to PCI DSS compliance and certification.
• Assist in U.S. Federal readiness initiatives, including conducting gap assessments aligned with NIST SP 800-53.
• Maintain necessary evidence artifacts and ensure the traceability of such evidence.
• Interpret and translate compliance requirements into actionable control activities for engineering and operations teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compliance with PCI DSS and NIST 800-53.
• Aid in the development of FedRAMP artifacts.
• Collaborate with control owners to guarantee that controls satisfy PCI DSS and NIST 800-53 standards.
• Support external audits by preparing evidence and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Drive collaboration with third parties to ensure alignment on shared controls.
• Ensure audit readiness through ongoing proactive gap assessments and control testing throughout the year.
• Identify, assess, and communicate compliance and security risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and facilitate the resolution of audit findings and control deficiencies.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in security compliance, auditing, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with a solid grasp of administrative, technical, and physical controls.
• Practical technical and audit experience with PCI DSS and NIST 800-53 compliance.
• Capability to work collaboratively across multiple time zones with virtual global teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud environments and shared responsibility models.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud-native settings.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and infrastructure teams.
