Senior Security Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of security policies, configurations, and conduct system health assessments

• Diagnose technical problems and provide support for customer environments

• Supervise infrastructure and address service-related issues

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are secure and stable

• Engage in customer meetings to offer technical insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments

• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX operating systems

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash

• Outstanding troubleshooting abilities and strong customer communication skills

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/HyperV)

• Understanding of MSSQL or general database concepts

• Background in security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
