This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Test Planning and Execution. Formulate thorough test plans encompassing manual, automated, and performance testing, grounded in a clear understanding of product requirements and business processes.

• Automated Testing, Performance and Stress Testing. Capable of developing and sustaining effective automated testing frameworks, crafting test scripts, and implementing automated testing methodologies.

• Defect Management and Communication Collaboration. Diligently document and monitor defects identified during testing. Foster close collaboration with cross-functional team members to resolve issues during testing and facilitate the uninterrupted advancement of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, ideally within fast-paced and intricate project environments.

• Have 5 years of expertise in automated testing and test case design, with familiarity in the development of test plans.

• Have established and refined test strategies, ensuring quality for large and complex releases.

• Be proficient in at least one programming language, including but not limited to C, C++, Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.

• Hold extensive experience in automated testing and be acquainted with various automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and Robot framework.

• Be skilled in API testing (using tools like Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (utilizing JMeter, Gatling).

• Have a solid understanding of database operations (such as SQL) and be capable of operating within a Linux environment.

• Be familiar with Agile development practices and possess the ability to work effectively within an Agile team.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities, with the ability to swiftly identify and address complex issues during software testing.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational, collaborative, and time-management skills, with the capacity to work efficiently in a multitasking and cross-team setting.

• Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to individuals across various departments and levels.

• Display the ability to work autonomously, accomplish tasks with minimal supervision, and be proactive in learning and adapting to new job requirements.

• Maintain an innovative mindset and a passion for acquiring new technologies, with the ability to continuously explore and apply new testing methods and technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of testing efforts.
