This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve software quality.

• Implement advanced testing design patterns within existing UI and API frameworks.

• Detect system bottlenecks by utilizing performance engineering techniques.

• Enhance automated release processes through the use of CI/CD tools.

• Guide junior engineers in adhering to coding standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary software architecture.

• High level of proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#).

• Advanced understanding of industry-standard testing design patterns.

• Significant experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Postman, or RestAssured.

• Strong background in performance engineering using tools like k6, JMeter, or Locust.

• Advanced skills with CI/CD orchestration tools.

• Excellent technical analytical abilities.

• Exceptional technical communication skills.

• Proven technical ownership and willingness to provide mentorship at a peer level.
