
Senior Scheduler – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and analyze detailed project and program schedules utilizing Primavera P6 in a multi-project setting.
• Consolidate schedule data from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams into comprehensive master program schedules.
• Assist in the application of project planning and scheduling standards, processes, and best practices across data center construction initiatives.
• Collaborate with project and construction teams to uphold schedule integrity and ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Track schedule performance, update progress, and forecast to pinpoint potential delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
• Aggregate and streamline various sources of schedule data into integrated reporting platforms and program-level dashboards.
• Create and present project status reports, schedule narratives, and executive-level presentations for both internal and client stakeholders.
• Generate and sustain milestone schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules to aid project execution and facilitate decision-making.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments, critical path analyses, and what-if scenario modeling to assess project impacts.
• Evaluate schedule deviations from baseline plans and offer recommendations for corrective measures and recovery strategies.
• Analyze schedule impacts associated with scope changes, design modifications, procurement activities, and change orders.
• Lead schedule review meetings and collaborate closely with project teams to proactively address scheduling challenges.
• Support project controls reporting and governance needs, ensuring compliance with relevant company and client standards.
• Preferred experience in mission-critical environments, including commissioning activities.
• Hands-on construction experience is essential, i.e., “boots on the ground.”
• A solid understanding of best practices regarding the delivery of a construction program is mandatory.
• Significant experience in creating and managing large-scale construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• A background in Project Controls is advantageous.
• Required familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills are necessary.
• A BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; or demonstrated equivalent and relevant experience.
• PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial. EIT certification is preferred.
