This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the SAP Payroll / Time Lead on implementation projects (ECP, SAP PY/PT, SF Time) for Poland.
• Collect and verify business requirements while ensuring alignment with Strada standards and templates.
• Oversee the customization of the solution to be implemented, collaborating with additional support consultants from the global team, including Granada.
• Guarantee the timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery of project deliverables.
• Manage testing cycles and provide support during parallel payroll runs.
• Ensure a smooth cutover, go-live, and closure of the hypercare phase.
• Address requests directed to the Application Services team within SNOW/client tools: Ongoing updates and monitoring of requests (characteristics, description, status, prioritization), adherence to SLA/KPI for processed notifications, and communication through official notifications.
• Execute configuration/programming tasks: Analyze business needs in HR, time, and payroll areas; develop specifications for proposed solutions; prepare test scripts; test implemented changes; prepare technical documentation for changes in compliance with company standards; troubleshoot typical and non-standard issues in the SAP HCM system; implement new functionalities per the change request process in SAP HCM; independently configure systems in OM/PA/PT/PY/Reporting/ABAP; assist junior staff with complex customer requirements; maintain system compliance with applicable Labour Law Code and communicate relevant information to the team; enhance existing SAP HCM systems; develop country solutions (Alco) as a technical SME; perform data migration processes (LSMW); participate in system upgrades, HRSP, EMR, DR, etc.; maintain the transport system; engage in new customer implementations and collaborate with all project participants; perform tasks outlined in departmental specifications; provide consultancy on SAP HR system solutions for both internal and external clients; work with customers locally and globally; liaise with SAP for the supported country; act as a contact person for clients regarding project-related issues; prepare monthly report compilations for the AMPS team; liaise with other team members in Poland and across Strada branches; train key users and end users; conduct presentations and workshops for customers; deploy and support junior staff; participate in regular team status meetings; and undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Prior experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
• Participation in 3 or more project rollouts.
• Strong dedication to delivering high-quality support and implementation in the Human Resource domain.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
