SAP Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide expert guidance to our clients on SAP Payroll, concentrating on German payroll processing.

• You assess business needs and create customized technical and functional solutions.

• You implement, configure, and enhance SAP Payroll solutions.

• You contribute to exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.

• You conduct workshops and training sessions, assisting key users and business units.

• You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

• You keep abreast of new SAP technologies and regulatory updates, actively sharing your expertise with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll (Germany).

• Strong understanding of German income tax, social security, and labor law.

• Excellent German language skills (at least B2/C1) and proficient English language skills.

• A degree in business, computer science, or a relevant qualification.

• A structured, solution-oriented, and autonomous approach to work.

• Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly focused on customer needs.

• Enjoys engaging with clients and collaborating within a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• SAP certifications are a plus.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• ABAP programming knowledge.
