Senior SAP SD Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Involvement in L2/L3 support for SAP SD

• Management and resolution of incidents within SLA

• Root cause analysis and prevention of reoccurrences

• Support for enhancements, testing, and deployments

• Monitoring of interfaces, IDocs, EDI, and integrations

• Assistance to business users and global teams

• Functional support in pricing, billing, rebates, credit, tax, shipment, and route settlement

• Ongoing interaction with ABAP, Basis, FI, MM, and Integration teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior SAP SD Consultant with experience in AMS/production support

• Strong knowledge of OTC

• Expertise in Pricing, Billing, Rebate Processing, Route Settlement/DSD, IDocs/EDI

• Integrations with FI/MM

• Advanced English proficiency

• Experience in troubleshooting, RCA, L2/L3 support, and environments with SLA
