Specialist I SAP S/4HANA OTC/SD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing business processes within the OTC/SD module of SAP S/4HANA for global operations;

• Maintain a comprehensive perspective on the processes utilized in Brazil, identifying synergies and opportunities for international operations;

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the alignment of processes implemented in SAP S/4HANA;

• Move across squads, value streams, and chapters; eliminate obstacles, uphold a product vision, and guide the product and team’s evolution;

• Responsible for the technical-functional specification of processes, determining optimal solutions in accordance with the technology architecture strategy;

• Coordinate with vendors to establish technical specifications and assist in the validation/testing of executed processes;

• Organize technology processes to guarantee continuous operation and maintenance in SAP S/4HANA post-implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA for order-to-cash processes (OTC/SD module);

• Proven experience in providing technical and functional leadership for multidisciplinary teams;

• Advanced understanding of SAP S/4HANA and deployment best practices utilizing the SAP ACTIVATE methodology;

• Capability to foster strong relationships with key users, vendors, and third parties, establishing trust;

• Strategic communication skills with stakeholders;

• Familiarity with the SAP BTP (SAP Business Technology Platform);

• Preferably experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• Proficiency in Spanish and basic to intermediate English.
