This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop, modify, and maintain ABAP programs associated with SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, eSocial, and others).

• Execute technical corrections and modifications in reports, interfaces, forms, and custom applications.

• Design and enhance queries, ALVs, BADIs, User-Exits, Enhancements, and Classes.

• Assist in the application of SAP notes and ensure compliance with HR legal updates.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to analyze and resolve incidents.

• Create technical documentation to ensure traceability and compliance of solutions.

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Extensive experience in ABAP development within the SAP HCM environment.

• Proficiency in integrations (IDocs, RFC, Web Services, PI/PO).

• Experience in performance analysis and code optimization.

• Capability to interpret functional specifications and convert them into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM data structures and tables.

• Experience in ABAP development on S/4HANA and the utilization of CDS Views.

• Understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData.

• Experience with eSocial projects and legal payroll updates.

• Background in SAP Workflow.
