Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant in a fully remote position

• Participate in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support initiatives

• Configure and set parameters for the SAP Fieldglass platform

• Manage third-party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing

• Collect requirements and create functional documentation

• Work on integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA

• Diagnose issues and promote ongoing process enhancements

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively

• Project duration: anticipated 4 months

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Demonstrated experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation or support projects

• In-depth understanding of SAP Fieldglass External Workforce Management and Services Procurement

• Experience in configuring and setting parameters on the platform

• Familiarity with third-party hiring processes, onboarding, timesheets, service approvals, and billing/invoicing

• Experience in requirements gathering and developing functional documentation

• Experience with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA

• Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting and fostering continuous process improvements

• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Proficiency in English

• Preferred: experience in SAP S/4HANA projects

• Preferred: understanding of SAP SuccessFactors

• Preferred: experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, or API integrations

• Preferred: familiarity with Vendor Management System (VMS) processes

• Preferred: SAP Fieldglass certification

• Preferred: background in vendor/supplier management and service contract administration
