Senior SAP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis, assessment, and clarification of customer business needs, offering expert advice on SAP Business One solutions and suggesting optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation process.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the core modules of SAP Business One and associated add-ons, ensuring that solutions are in line with customer business goals and best practices.

• Work closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Perform gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, recommending effective solutions and enhancements to processes.

• Proactively oversee project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing stakeholders with regular progress updates.

• Guide and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support functions.

• Engage in discussions on solution architecture, system optimization projects, and complex troubleshooting tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and essential add-ons.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support.

• Successfully contributed to at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including proficiency in Crystal Reports.

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in an additional language is considered a plus.
