SAP Release Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the release cycles for SAP applications and systems.

• Ensure smooth integration of changes throughout the organization.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and deployment processes for releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.

• Lead weekly meetings for the Change Control Board (CCB).

• Act as the support facilitator for weekly Defect Review Board (DRB) meetings.

• Develop and conduct contractually required gate reviews.

• Utilize SAP ChaRM to manage change requests effectively.

• Establish and uphold best practices in release management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a role as an SAP Release Manager or equivalent position.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain.

• Proficiency in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM).

• Experience with the configuration of solution manager.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client-facing abilities.

• At least two years of experience leading programs/projects in a multi-agency, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Must be a United States citizen.
